At S&L Beauty Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
